Welcome to Meetra! This agreement (the "Terms") is a contract between you and "Meetra" (referred to as "Meetra", "we", "us", or "our") and governs your access to and use of the Meetra mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.
Minimum Age and Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. By creating an account and using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You can form a binding contract with Meetra.
You are not a person who is barred from using the Services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
All registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, and complete, and you will maintain the accuracy of such information.
You are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.
No Use by Minors: Meetra is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you are under the age of 18, you may not download, access, or use our Services.
Child Safety Standards: Meetra is deeply committed to protecting children and ensuring a safe online environment. We strictly adhere to child safety standards and have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Prohibition of CSAE: These Terms and our Community Guidelines explicitly prohibit any behavior related to the sexual harassment, exploitation, or abuse of children. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing explicit content to children, luring children into offline sexual encounters, and trafficking child sexual abuse material.
Cooperation with Law Enforcement: We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of individuals involved in CSAE or other illegal activities involving children. This may include providing account details and behavioral records as permitted by law.
Content Moderation: We employ a combination of advanced AI monitoring technology and manual review by a dedicated content moderation team to oversee content (including images, videos, and user interactions) 24/7. Our goal is to detect and prevent the spread of any potential CSAE-related material.
User Reporting: We strongly encourage users to report any suspicious activity or content that may violate our child safety policies using the in-app reporting tools. Reports will be treated confidentially, and we may offer rewards for actionable reports that help maintain a safe community.
Policy Updates: Our child safety policies are continuously reviewed and updated to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and best practices.
Binding Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Meetra. Your access to or use of the Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to be bound by them.
Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on our mobile application and/or website, or by other means such as email notification. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole recourse is to stop using the Services and delete your account.
Account Creation: To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Responsibility: Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as your password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Meetra immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Meetra will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Account Security: We reserve the right to freeze or terminate your account if we suspect that your actual location differs from the location you provided, if your IP address continuously varies between countries, or if we detect other suspicious activity that may compromise account security or the integrity of our Services.
Information Use and Privacy: We may collect information about your use of the Services, such as pages and profiles you view, your interactions with features, purchases, connections, and search queries. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Your Content: You are solely responsible for all content, including text, images, videos, audio, information, and other materials ("User Content") that you post, upload, publish, display, link to, or otherwise make available (hereinafter, "post") on or through the Services.
License to Meetra: By posting User Content on the Services, you grant Meetra a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your User Content in connection with operating, developing, providing, and improving the Services and researching and developing new ones.
Representations and Warranties for User Content: You represent and warrant that:
You own the User Content posted by you on the Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in these Terms.
The posting and use of your User Content on or through the Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing to any person because of User Content you post on or through the Services.
Content Scrutiny: You understand and agree that Meetra may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, or delete any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, might be offensive or illegal, or might violate the rights of, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others.

However, Meetra reserves the right to conduct any criminal background check or other screenings (such as sex offender register searches), at any time and using available public records, as it deems appropriate. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AUTHORIZE ANY SUCH CHECK.
Free and Paid Services: Some parts of the Services may be free to use, while others may require payment ("Paid Services"). Your internet provider's or mobile operator's fees and rates may still apply.
In-App Purchases: Meetra may offer Paid Services, such as extra features or virtual items, through in-app purchases. If you choose to make an in-app purchase, you will be prompted to confirm your purchase with the applicable payment provider, and your method of payment (e.g., credit card, app store account) will be charged for the Paid Service at the prices displayed to you for the service(s) you've selected as well as any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your payments.
Subscription Auto-Renewal: If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription through an in-app purchase, your payment method will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing. To avoid charges for a new subscription period, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period as per the instructions of your payment provider (e.g., Google Play Store). Deleting your account on Meetra or deleting the Meetra application from your device does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: Generally, all charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund for a subscription offering is requested within fourteen days of the transaction date, or if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds. If Meetra blocks your account for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused Paid Services.
Service Improvements: Meetra is constantly working to improve the Services and bring you additional functionality. This means we may add new product features or enhancements, or remove some features from time to time. If these actions do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not provide you with notice before taking them.
Service Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate the Services entirely. If so, we will try to notify you in advance, unless extenuating circumstances, such as safety or security concerns, prevent us from doing so.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions in the "Settings" section of the Services.
Termination by Meetra: Meetra may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, or for any other reason. Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund for purchases.
Meetra's Intellectual Property: The Services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and User Content belonging to other Users (the "Meetra Content"), and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Meetra and its licensors (including other Users who post User Content to the Service). Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights.
Copyright Policy: You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Meetra will terminate the membership privileges of any user who repeatedly infringes copyright upon prompt notification to Meetra by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Meetra, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Meetra BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
Meetra'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR ANY INABILITY TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICES OR OTHERWISE UNDER THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO Meetra FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENTS OR CIRCUMSTANCES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIMS; AND (B) $100.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Arbitration Agreement: You and Meetra agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof or the use of the Services (collectively, "Disputes") will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right: (i) to bring an individual action in small claims court and (ii) to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or other intellectual property rights.
Arbitration Rules: The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (the "AAA Rules") then in effect, except as modified by this "Dispute Resolution" section.
No Class Actions: YOU AND Meetra AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
